Ok so del promised to start The Parody Factory here on DA.
And while I am here, because we all know how good I am at updating my journal, I thought I would add my Character Profile:-

Physical Description:

Species - Fae
Gender - Female
Age - 115 -> Appears only 25
Height - 6ft
Eyes - Gold
Hair - Wine Red
Distinctive Marks (scars, tattoos ect) - Dragon Tattoo ->changes position
More? - Ari also sports Fae Ears, like elf ears they are pointy and slightly tinted green/aqua. She wears her hair over her face/ears when visiting the human world to avoid people staring.


Personality Traits:
Kind but no-nonsense. Some people think she is crazy when they over hear her 'talking to herself' when she is in fact talking to her tattoo 'Loki' who can change his position on her body in order to hide from view.

Strengths & Special Abilities/Training:
Ari has the ability to manipulate (not create) the natural world, that is anything organic or elemental. She can make plants move, grow and bend out of her way or if near a water source, she can manipulate it, picking up large bubbles of water or part the sea as it would be. When pushed too far she can call up a deadly storm!
She has some training in steath and can move through a place unnoticed when she wants.

Weaknesses & Flaws:
Feels weak in completely man made places as she needs the connection with nature. Because of this she gets nervus when visiting cities or when completely indoors. She can suffer from clausaphobia.
Although friendly Ari sometimes finds it hard to understand some of the more colourful aspects of human life.

Character Background / History:
She lived with the Fae until she was trapped in the mortal realm when one day she was visiting and the road between the realms she was using closed. She ended up in 16th centenary England and was forced to fend for herself. Although she had some trouble understanding the more colourful aspects of human life, Loki, was always there to help her out! And being ever curious and quick to learn she soon found her way. Whilst out on her own she trained in steath, to protect herself from those who would lable her 'Witch' and burn her at the stake, until Pris found her Brought her to the 21st centenary, where she joined the Parody Factory.

Sample Post:

Ari looked around her supposed new home.
"Miss, miss, are you ok? Miss you cant be out in public in something like that!!"
The shy, yet insistent, little voice was coming from a young woman half hidden behind a near by water barrel.
"Please beg my pardon, but please miss, let me help you before someone sees you. Please miss they would burn you for wearing something like that"
Not understanding what the fuss was Ari studied the woman's cloths, her drab and dirty drees that revealed nothing of her figure, then her own, fine, hunting outfit consisting of her favourite, well fitted, black pants and short jacket.
"Loki what's her problem?" She whispered over her shoulder.
"Ari, darling, they appear to be somewhat more conservative than you are used to. Maybe you should accept this young ladies help to get you fitted into new cloths"
Shrugging acceptance Ari followed the hysterically beckoning woman...
